Terms & Conditions KM555 – Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Policy

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and KM555 ("Platform," "We"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by KM555.

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as defined:

• "Platform" refers to the km555.site website and all related services, including Sports Betting, online casino, slots, and e-sports.
• "Account" refers to a user account registered through KM555's official registration process.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at KM555 at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Crediting time: Deposits are typically credited within 2–5 minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• Processing fee: KM555 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your digital wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.

All deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in your own name. KM555 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unrecognised source, KM555 reserves the right to freeze the relevant balance until identity verification is completed.

KM555 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Before making your first withdrawal, you are required to complete the full KYC process by submitting valid identification documents.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM50 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limit: Depends on your VIP tier — from RM10,000 (Bronze) to no limit (Diamond).
• Processing time: Typically within 15 minutes for VIP members, and up to 60 minutes for standard members.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — to Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, or a verified bank account.

KM555 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where necessary for compliance verification or investigation of suspicious activity. In such cases, KM555 will notify the player within 24 hours and provide an estimated timeframe for completing the review.

All bonuses and promotions offered by KM555 — including the Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, VIP upgrade bonuses, and birthday bonuses — are subject to specific terms stated in each respective offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

1. Each bonus carries a rollover that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type — please refer to the promotions page for full details.
2. While a bonus is active, the maximum bet limit is RM500 per bet unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may not count toward the rollover requirement and could result in bonus forfeiture.
3. Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash until the rollover requirement has been met.
4. KM555 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, arbitrage betting, or activity designed to meet rollover requirements improperly.
5. The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the offer. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without any compensation.
6. Each player is entitled to claim the Welcome Bonus once only. Attempting to claim this bonus multiple times through multiple registrations is a violation of these Terms.

The KM555 VIP Rewards Programme, which has five tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond), has its own terms that can be found on the VIP Rewards. VIP tier status is assessed based on monthly deposits and turnover, and may be downgraded if your activity falls below the defined threshold.

Sports Betting at KM555 covers a wide range of categories including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga), badminton (BWF), tennis (ATP/WTA), basketball (NBA), e-sports (MLBB, DOTA 2), and more. The general betting rules are as follows:

• Match Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports governing body. KM555 uses official and trusted data sources for result verification.
• Cancelled/Postponed Matches: If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and the full stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Parlay Betting: If one selection in a parlay is voided, the parlay will be re-settled without that selection at adjusted odds.
• Live Betting (In-Play): Live bet results are final based on conditions at the time the bet is accepted by the system. Technical issues on the user's end will not affect the outcome.
• Cash Out: The Cash Out feature is available for eligible bets and is based on the current odds at the time Cash Out is executed. KM555 reserves the right to withdraw the Cash Out offer at any time.
• Odds Error: In the event of a technical error that results in clearly incorrect or anomalous odds, KM555 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to the players.

• All casino games and slots use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure outcomes are fair and cannot be manipulated.
• KM555 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game.
• If your internet connection drops during an active game, any bets already placed remain valid and will be settled according to the outcome recorded by the game server.

KM555 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

In all circumstances, KM555's maximum total liability to any individual user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
